After breakfast this morning we all went out for a ride to the penguin colony about an hour and a half out of town. The ride there was fun. It was mostly gravel but the road was well maintained. We arrived at the penguin colony were we saw a building there. We looked at the sign and it was 12 bucks each (6000 chilean pesos) to enter the park. We all decided that it was too much to pay and we "may see a penguin or two" so we just had a coffee in the little cafe there and headed back. Once we got back we all went out for a walk around Punta Arenas. Uli and Annaleen showed us around because they had been for a week already so they knew where everything was. While we were out dad bought some oysters and decided to make oyster stu for dinner. When we got back dad got an email from our other friends, John and Sharan who we had met in bolivia, saying that they we in Punta Arenas. So they came over and had some oyster stu with us. It was great to see them. After they left we hit the hay.
